Lehi Utah was established about five years after the Mormon pioneers arrived in the Salt Lake Valley. It is the sixth oldest town in the state so there has been plenty of development of homes, businesses, and entertainment venues to help fulfill the needs of the area. Lehi will normally receive about 27 inches of snow and 11 inches of rain annually. Temperatures will reach a high of 90 degrees in the summer and a low of 15 in the winter on average.
