Hanoi theater set to impress
Vietnam’s largest auditorium, the privately-owned 10,000-seat Tuoi Tre Bao Son, is set to open in Hanoi at the end of this year.
Tran Tien Thuat, its director and former director of the public Tuoi Tre (Youth) Theater, said ground would be broken next month in the Thien Duong Bao Son Culture – Tourism – Entertainment Area in Lang Hoa Lac Street.
Upon completion, the theater will boast a multi-functional stage that includes a large pool area for water exhibitions and dolphin performances.
The state-of-the-art theater will also enable entertainers to fly and somersault through the air while performing other sophisticated acrobatic maneuvers.
According to Thuat, the theater will have 100 young resident performers who will be professionally trained.
